Polyurethane foam padding is covered with rugged marine grade vinyl upholstery which is mildew resistant and UV-treated to withstand fading. All vinyl covers are sewn with Dacron thread and upholstered with rust-resistant staples. WARNING: The jump seat-back rest must rest against the transom in rear of boat. Do not use as a free standing seat.
